Ledgebrook is seeking a Head of Pricing & Analytics to join our Product & Data team. On this team, you’ll play an important part in driving data informed decision-making across the entire organization by improving our pricing models, risk and distribution insights, and pulse on market trends.
As a Head of Pricing & Analytics, you will build out the actuarial pricing and analytical capabilities within our growing organization. You’ll collaborate closely with data and AI / ML engineers, underwriting, and claims teams to improve product pricing and risk selection sophistication as well as implement actuarial pricing processes such as profitability reviews and pricing model reviews. You will be the leader responsible for defining key data requirements needed to build advanced pricing models and risk selection tools.
Additionally, you’ll partner with the Chief Product & Data Officer to continue building our Pricing & Analytics team. You’ll lead and mentor a team of experienced actuaries and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
